If we believe that you have violated the prohibitions in this paragraph, we may immediately terminate your access to the Services, with or without notice to you. Notwithstanding any other provision of this agreement or of law, you will not be entitled to any refund of any fees paid to us if your access is terminated because of a violation or alleged violation of this Agreement.

SUBSCRIPTION TERMS

These Terms contain additional provisions that apply if you subscribe or purchase the Packages.

The Packages require payment before you can access the information. If you choose to subscribe to the Weekly, Monthly or Yearly Packages, please review this Section. References to Services throughout the Terms include the Pro Membership.

1. Users must be 18 years of age (or the applicable age of majority in the jurisdiction where you reside) or over in order to subscribe to the Packages. By subscribing to a Package, you acknowledge that you are 18 years of age (or the applicable age of majority in the jurisdiction where you reside) or over and that by using the Package, you may be exposed to Content that you find objectionable. It is your sole responsibility to determine whether the Content in the Package is suitable for you.
2. Automatic Renewal Billing: All Weekly, Monthly and Yearly Packages are on a recurring subscription basis for the duration of their respected term. For example: When a user purchases the Monthly Package they will be charged immediately and then every 30 days on a recurring basis until otherwise cancelled by the user or by a SportsPicks.ai Admin.
3. Cancelling/Refunds: As described further below, even if you cancel your subscription to the Packages during a subscription period, you will not receive a refund for any portion of the Fees for the remainder of the current subscription period. There are no pro-rated subscription Packages. You can cancel your subscription Package anytime by contacting Hello@SportsPicks.ai or by unsubscribing/cancelling on your own accord. Important: Unsubscribing from receiving our emails through your email client does not trigger a cancellation. Our system is not connected to your email client, so there’s no way of us automatically cancelling your package if you just unsubscribe from receiving our emails. You must cancel your package through your account on our website or by contacting us directly at Hello@SportsPicks.ai. If you cancel your subscription, the cancellation will go into effect at the end of the then-current subscription period. You will have continued access to the subscription Packages for the remainder of your then-current paid subscription period, but YOU WILL NOT RECEIVE A REFUND OF ANY FEES PAID.
4. From time to time, promotional codes or sales may be available, including those provided as part of a third-party promotion. Promotional codes may be redeemed as described in the specifics of the promotion. Promotional codes can only be used once, cannot be redeemed for cash, and may be combined with other offers, subject to certain restrictions, in its sole discretion. If you received a promotional code through an offer by a third party, additional conditions may apply. Any promotional codes obtained through unlawful or unauthorized means shall be deemed null and void.
5. As part of the Packages, SportsPicks.ai will send you emails regarding the Content and Information. You agree that SportsPicks.ai may send you emails to the email address that you provided when subscribing. Because these emails are necessary for you to receive the Packages, you agree to receive these emails.
6. Sharing or distributing any information from any communication that’s received from SportsPicks.ai is strictly prohibited. If users are known to engage or engage in this behavior, they will be banned from the service without any refunds.
